Yes, our company is fully licensed and insured. We carry a two million dollar liability insurance policy.

How much will it cost to clean my windows?

Pricing will vary depending on type, condition, size and location of window. Our base price for a standard sized double hung window is $7.50 to clean both sides. The best way to obtain an accurate price is to have us come out and look at the house. Estimates are free and we are happy to do them.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

We recommend having your windows cleaned twice a year to prevent the build up of dust, dirt, pollen and insect droppings. Regular cleaning will extend the longevity of windows and screens.

How are the windows cleaned?

All windows are cleaned individually by hand. We use industry standard window washing supplies, squeegees, strip washers, and soft “lint free” cloths.

What do you use to clean the windows?

We use a combination of mild soap and water to wash your windows. It is environmentally safe, is non abrasive and it will not leave streaks. We do not use any acid based products, ammonia or vinegar.

Do I need to have the inside of my windows cleaned?

Yes, typically we like to do both inside and outside during our first visit. Inside windows typically stay cleaner long, however there are some things that can contribute to your inside windows needing to be cleaned. A few examples would be smokers in the house, small children’s finger prints, pet dander etc.

How long will it take to clean my windows?

A typical window cleaning can take anywhere from 1 hour to 6 hours, depending on the size of the house, how many windows you have and the current condition they are in. Also if you have screens, winter storms or individually paned style windows they will add to the cleaning time.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

If you are a first time customer we recommend that you be there for our first visit. We would like for you to see how we perform our service, and answer any questions that you may have. If you are having the exterior of the windows cleaned you don’t necessarily have to be home for this, provided the window screens can be removed from the outside of the home. If you are having your gutters cleaned you don’t necessarily have to be home for this either as we do not need to come into your home. If we complete any of our services before you return home we will leave an invoice indicating total amount due with a self-addressed stamped envelope. We do ask that you mail in payment within 5 days after the service has been completed.

How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

We recommend that your gutters be cleaned twice a year especially if there are trees close to your home. Recommend cleanings are in the spring and the fall. This will prevent rain from overflowing the top of your gutters and prevent standing water and debris from accumulating. Standing water and debris can become a breeding ground for mosquitoes in the summer. In the winter standing water and debris can cause ice dams which can cause damage to your gutters and or your house. Regular maintenance and the cleaning of your gutters is the best way to prevent water damage to your roof line and or your foundation.

Do you clean the exterior of the gutters?

Yes, we do offer exterior gutter cleaning. If this is a service you are interested in please indicate that before we come out to do the estimate.

Do you offer any other services?

Yes, In addition to window cleaning we offer a variety of services such as: Pressure Washing, Driveway Sealing, and Gutter Cleaning. If you aren’t sure, just ask us and we’ll let you know whether we can do that service or if we know of someone else who is an expert in that field.

Is there anything that I need to do before your arrival?

We bring our own equipment and supplies. We do ask that there is a clear path to each window and if you have any irreplaceable items or memorabilia that you move them to a safe spot.

When is a good time to schedule my appointment?

We are typically booked two to four weeks out and if you have a specific date and or deadline you want us to meet, please give us as much notice as possible. We will do everything we can to work with your schedule and to meet your requested date.

What if it rains on the day of my appointment?

We monitor the current weather conditions very closely and if we feel the weather will be an issue we will call and discuss it with you. It is up to the client at that time to decide if they want to keep the appointment or reschedule.
